Instead of theory delivered in a workshop once a year, Leadra meets you in the moment itself — helping you notice what's happening, reflect on it, and build the five core capabilities that make up genuine leadership: Emotional Regulation, Critical Thinking, Situational Judgement, Change Agility, and Influence.
