What Leadra is

Leadership doesn't happen in a classroom. It happens in the two minutes before a hard conversation, the moment you decide whether to speak up in a meeting, the week where everything shifts and you have to hold steady anyway.

Leadra is a behavioural development app built for exactly those moments. Instead of theory delivered in a workshop once a year, Leadra meets you in the moment itself — helping you notice what's happening, reflect on it, and build the five core capabilities that make up genuine leadership: Emotional Regulation, Critical Thinking, Situational Judgement, Change Agility, and Influence.

We built Leadra in Australia, for emerging leaders and mid-career professionals who are done waiting for someone to hand them a leadership title before they start actually leading.

How we use AI

Leadra uses AI — specifically, models built by Anthropic — to read your reflections and offer personalised suggestions. We want to be upfront about what that means and what it doesn't.

The AI isn't a therapist, and it isn't trying to be one. It's a tool for noticing patterns and offering a next step, the way a good mentor might jot a thought in the margin of your notebook. It doesn't diagnose, it doesn't judge, and it's built with clear guardrails so it never implies verdicts about your workplace, your colleagues, or your manager — it reflects your experience back to you, it doesn't referee it.

Your reflections are yours. We don't sell your data, and we've built Leadra so the AI's only job is to help you see yourself more clearly.

Where we're headed

Leadra today is just the start. We're building toward:

01

Live workshops

Sessions that bring the five capabilities to life beyond the app, run by people who've actually led through hard moments.

02

A real community

A space for emerging leaders to compare notes, share what's working, and support each other through the moments the app can't fully capture on its own.

03

Cohort-based learning

For teams and organisations who want to build these capabilities together, not just individually.
